12. Refund:

Once the amount has been received, the company will refund the amount only in case the products ordered by the customer are out of stock or in any specific when we are not able to deliver, the company shall refund the amount of those items to the customer.

Generally a refund is processed within 7 to 10 working days depending upon the financial organizations involved. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will be gladly helping you.

13. CANCELLATION POLICY
